- Due to the nature of the paper material other than the disc itself, small wrinkles and damage to the cover or inlay cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Even if the surface of the disc is uneven or curved, returns or exchanges are possible only if there is a problem during playback.
- In the case of colored vinyl, dye spots and color differences that occur during the manufacturing process cannot be returned or exchanged.
- There may be a difference between the web image and the actual color of the color vinyl, and there may be a difference in color for each album during the production process. Due to this, returns and exchanges are not possible.
