1) Definitions & Acceptance
“We/Store” means Kpopiashop. By using the site or purchasing any product, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.
2) Eligibility & Accounts
- You must be legally capable of purchasing under local laws .
- You’re responsible for safeguarding login details and all activity under your account.
3) Orders, pricing & availability
- Order acceptance occurs when we send an order confirmation. We may cancel or refuse any order (e.g., stock unavailability or incorrect information).
- Prices may change without notice. Taxes/shipping fees vary by destination and method.
- In case of typographical/pricing errors, we may correct or cancel the order with a refund if charged.
6) Pre-Orders
- Payment is captured at checkout to secure the reservation, and shipping occurs after the official release.
- By default we combine items to reduce cost; you may request split shipping before fulfillment for an extra fee.
- Bonuses come directly from the publisher/manufacturer and may be first‑print limited. If available from the source, you will receive them; if not, the allocated stock has run out.
- Cancellations: not possible after official release. Before release you may request cancellation/modification via the Contact page and we’ll review under the policy.
7) Shipping & Delivery
- Shipping dates are estimates and may change due to supply, handling, or customs.
- Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery of the package to the carrier.

6) Payments & taxes
- Payments are processed by secure third‑party providers; we do not store card numbers.
- Taxes/duties may apply according to local regulations.
