We want you to love your original K-pop albums and light sticks. Below is our official policy in plain terms: eligibility, non-returnables, how we handle defects or missing contents, returns via our authorized returns hub, shipping costs, step-by-step instructions, and how exchanges/refunds are processed.

Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition (factory-sealed) with all inserts/freebies included.
  • Defective/damaged on arrival items are eligible after verification.
  • Pre-orders can be cancelled before shippingonly; once shipped, standard rules apply.
  • Promotional freebies must be returned with the main item for full refunds.

Non-returnable items

  • Factory notice: Albums and light sticks are supplied directly from the Korean factory and are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once purchased.
  • Opened albums or items with broken seals/used contents.
  • Consumables/accessories once used (e.g., light-stick batteries after activation).
  • Final-sale or customized/fragile items if stated on the product page.

Missing items inside the parcel

  • If something is missing, contact us immediately with your unboxing video; we’ll check with the warehouse/carrier and resolve appropriately, which may include sending the missing item if confirmed.

Return channel

  • RMA required:unauthorized parcels (shipped without our approval/instructions) may be refused or returned at the sender’s expense.
  • Returns are handled via our authorized returns hub.The full address and instructions are provided after approval (RMA).
  • Please mark your order numberon the carton and share thetracking numberonce dispatched.

How to submit a request

  1. Reach out via Contact Us with your order number, reason, and evidence (photos/video).
  2. We’ll review and confirm options (exchange/return/repair) and share return instructions.
  3. If approved, re-pack safely and ship back as instructed.
  4. After inspection, we proceed with an exchange or refund.

Return shipping costs

  • Defective/wrong items:we coverthe return shipping after verification and only via a prepaid return label we issue.
  • Change-of-mind returns:the customer covers international return shipping to our authorized returns hub, including carrier charges(fuel/remote-area surcharges where applicable) and any customs/dutiesfor clearance.The exact return destination varies by your shipping countryand will be provided with the RMA approval and return instructions. We can issue a prepaid return label, and the actual costwill be deducted from your refund.
  • Note: If your original order enjoyed free shipping and you request a full refund, the original outbound shipping cost may be deducted where applicable
  • Transit risk remains with the sender until receipt is confirmed at the returns hub.

Important notice before starting a return

For non-defect returns, international return costs and fees can be relatively high compared with some low-weight/low-price items. Before you proceed, please contact us xplore lower-cost alternatives like an exchange or store credit.

Refunds (method & timing)

  • Card/online payments (Mada/Visa/Mastercard/Apple Pay): refunded to the original card or, at the customer’s choice, issued as store credit.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): refunds are issued as store credit only.
  • Processing: initiated after receipt, inspection, and approval of the returned item(s); updates will be provided by our support team.

Undeliverable/incorrect addresses

  • If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address/no pickup, we can re-ship after address confirmation (e xtra shipping may apply).
  • If you prefer a refund instead, two-way shipping may be deducted where applicable.
