Below is our official Shipping Policy: coverage across KSA & GCC via trusted carriers, default combined shipping to reduce cost and parcels, plus our tracking flow and the estimated shipping & delivery timeline.

Service areas & carriers

  • We ship across Saudi Arabia and the GCC.
  • Carriers: Aramex, Naqel, DHL, SMSA, iMile.
  • Pickup/delivery schedules vary by carrier and city.

Processing & delivery times

  • Factory processing/dispatch:typically 3–10 days (consolidation, QC, export handover).
  • Total delivery window: usually 2–3 weeks from payment/confirmation (varies by carrier, city, customs).
  • Pre-orders: ship after the Korean release date, then follow the same total window.

Combined orders

  • One shipment when all items are ready—saves shipping fees and reduces parcel count. Tracking starts when all items are ready (including pre-orders).

Want to split after you’ve ordered?

  • We can split after the order is placed—just contact us with your order number.
  • Additional fees: an extra shipping charge per parcel will apply.
  • Important: free-shipping eligibility is calculated per parcel after the split; timelines adjust per parcel. If any part has already shipped, that part can’t be changed.

Tracking

We’ll send your tracking number via email/SMS once shipped. Get live updates via the Track Order page.

Address & delivery

  • Ensure accurate address and phone number. Re-shipments due to address errors may incur extra fees.
  • If delivery fails and the parcel returns, re-dispatch is available (extra fees may apply).

Customs & duties

VAT applies within KSA per regulations. GCC shipments may incur local customs/duties paid by the customer.

Delays & failed delivery

Logistics or customs delays may occur beyond our control. Our team monitors international shipments in real time and coordinates with the carrier when needed, with updates provided via the Track Order page.
Refused/returned parcels due to wrong address may incur two-way shipping charges on refunds.

Changes/cancellations before shipping

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, with jurisdiction of competent courts within the UAE.
