How do pre-orders work?

- We ship after the official release from Korea.
Estimated shipping timelines
Orders usually ship within 1–3 weeksafter release (timing varies with supply, handling, and customs). We update your order status and you can always check the Track Orderpage.
Combined vs split shipping
By default we combine items into one shipment to reduce cost and environmental impact. You can request split shipping for an extra fee (before fulfillment). To arrange it, please reach us via the Contact page.
Cancellations & returns
Pre-orders are non‑cancellable once the product is officially released. Before release, if you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact us via the Contact page and we will review your request under the policy.
